How much does the transfer cost?
Prices vary depending on your destination and service type. As a reference, rates start from IDR 200,000 per person for shared boats and IDR 600,000–1,200,000 for private transfers.
Does the price include hotel pickup and drop-off?
Some packages include complimentary hotel transfers in Senggigi, Mataram, or Kuta Lombok areas. For other areas, an additional charge may apply.
Is it safe to travel by speedboat to the Gilis?
Yes, very safe. All our boats are equipped with life jackets, communication radios, and experienced captains. Safety is always our top priority.
Do boats still operate during rough sea conditions?
If the sea is too rough or the weather unsafe, departures will be temporarily delayed for safety reasons. We’ll reschedule your trip without any extra charge.
Is there a luggage limit?
Each passenger may bring up to 15 kg of luggage. Larger items such as surfboards or bicycles can be brought with a small extra fee.
